Who you will work with

Care here is delivered by a team rather than a single provider, so the people below work from one shared treatment plan.
  • Counselors

Counselors lead the individual and group work, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as the core of treatment. They are the people you will see most often.

  • Addiction specialists

Addiction specialists handle assessment and the level-of-care decision — whether PHP or IOP fits, and when to step up or down as things change.

  • Medical staff

Medical staff monitor physical health alongside the clinical work, including co-occurring conditions and anything that needs a physician rather than a counselor.

  • Support staff

Support staff are who you reach on the first call. They handle scheduling, insurance verification, and the practical questions that come before treatment starts.

    Kendall Kirkbride

    Addiction Counselor, LCDC III

Kendall has worked in behavioral health since 2016, supporting people in corrections, community supervision, and substance use treatment across multiple levels of care. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, with concentrations in Addiction Counseling and Forensic Counseling.

With more than eleven years in sustained recovery herself, Kendall brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, and the belief that recovery is about more than abstinence — it is about rebuilding relationships and a future worth investing in.
