Throughout his career, Matthew has focused on developing strong clinical teams, supporting emerging leaders, and strengthening clinical operations to create environments where both clinicians and the individuals they serve can thrive. He believes exceptional behavioral healthcare begins with how organizations train, support, and empower the professionals providing that care.
Matthew’s professional mission is centered on helping clinicians succeed so they are equipped to provide compassionate, effective, and high-quality care to the clients they serve.
Matthew earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
